T5 lighting for sps coral?

I'm looking to start a reef tank and grow SPS coral. I would like to use T5 HO lights as opposed to metal halides. First off, is this feasible?
What kind of set-up would I need for 24" deep 48” wide 120 gallon tank?
How many watts?
How many bulbs?
What colour temps?
Any information or help would be much appreciated.

Are you sure that 324 watts is enough for sps coral in a 120 gallon tank?

If you kept them higher in the Tank. Yes. If you want them spread out throughout the tank with 24" deep, your looking at Halides or LEDs. LPS and SPS lower in the tank would require the higher and depth penetrating light of those units. Then you can keep anything anywhere.
