Sump pump Question

As the section in my sump isn't that big, I run a 2000ltr Powerhead as a return. I can get a 3000ltr that has single or duel outlets, now if water was pushing up a head height of 1m, would the output flow be the same amount with the single or the duel outlet?
what I'm trying to ask is Would there be more resistance with the duel outlets pushing up 1metre?
Might be keen to change up as my pump is 2000ltr/hr @ 32watts and the 3000ltr/hr is at 38watts, an extra 1000ltr for only 6watts sounds good to me

Saltwater 4foot (67gal) and Reef Rock/Plugs (300)Sump (12gal) with a 3000ltr/hr return pump(32watts)
1x 6025, 3 x TUNZE 6045 for flow.
Aquasonic Skimmer with 3000ltr pump
16watt UV. *5 Lights: 2 Actinics and 2 Daylights and 1 Gro-Lux.
*Fish @ the moment: Powder Blue Tang, South Seas Devil, Mandarinfish, Lemon Peel, Bi-colour angel, Coral beauty, Scopas Tang(4in), Coral Banded Shrimp(been in tank for 4/5yrs) and a Dusky Anemonefish(3in).. and 2 Red Base Sand Anemones..A pair peppermint shrimps.

the faster flow would increase your resistance slightly, but IMO, not enough to make any difference. Head height, pipe diameter, 90 degree elbows, those are the biggest flow reducers.

Take pride in what you do, for it is a reflection of who you are.

no worries, I went up to the 3000ltr@36watts, has a good flow and will now just keep an eye on my water parametres to make sure the extra 1000ltrs an hour wont stuff up my bio cycle.

there was always one on there but was always open full.
so if i do see any test start to creep up should I back it off a bit or back it off a bit now and then slowly open it over the next few weeks or so ?
