Which sump brand is the best?

Hi,
Am planning to go in for a marine tank (8*2*2). One of my friends suggested me RUWAL sump tank(3*1.5*1.5) which comes with a skimmer and the rest. It comes around 600 USD. Is it worth going? Could you`ll suggest me a better sump or will two Eheim Pro 3 canisters do better.Please advice.

I do suggest you make your own sump according to your main tank needs.
