saltwater aquarium lighting

I am about to finish converting my aquarium to salt and have bought all new equipment except for my light. I am planning to have a FOWLR system so I'm not entirely sure what type of lighting i need for it. I really don't want to spend too much money for a new light either. If you could also recommend good reliable brands that would be appreciated.

most people opt for duel florescent tubes...either T8s or T5s...compact flourescents work too...i like to do at least 1 tube that is 420nm actinic and then 1-3 daylight bulbs rated 6500K-10000K...this will give you a nice visible spectrum and allow you to keep some zooxathelae containing sessile invertabrates...
