Exclamation RO unit cost question

I need an RO unit soon. I heard there where units at home depot for cheap but I went to the website and it only had one for 280 which is way too much. I was wondering how much it has been when shopping for everyone else and if that is how much they cost in store? I was looking for a cheap one about $100 and $150 MAX. I have seen them on websites for cheaper but I need one soon. Or am I better off buying RO from home depot(I am also going to Sears)

HELP! please

~John

I need to get one here locally but it never crossed my mind to look here in town. Big Al's is over $500.00 so that was a no go. Ill take a look online at sears. $280.00 at home depot isnt to bad. Have you thought online? you can get some around that 150 mark. Just google it up and a lot of links will come up.

Keep me posted as to what you find. I would rather buy by hand than online, but havent found anything either that was affordable.

You should look into Bulk Reef Supply on ebay. Well known online store that just started selling their stuff on ebay to increase awareness. This is how I got my unit and I got a great price and always get 0 TDS water. Something like this might be an option for you.
