I had a slow leak once when I had accidentally loosened the bulkhead while messing with the plumbing in the overflow chamber. Very minor though, only a drip every few seconds, and I had realized the problem within a minute or so. My skimmer has caused me more headaches then the reef ready tank. Ive over adjusted my skimmer twice and woken up to a soggy living room carpet.

I had a small problem but it was because I forgot to tighten it. Other than that, no problems. :D
