Powerhead help

I have a 55 gallon FOWLR (for now) and believe I need some more water movement at the bottom half of the tank. I do not want to add anything bulky to the inside of the tank, so I thought I should get a magnet power head, Like this one.

Questions:

1. Is this too much money for something like this - about $420?
2. How much flow rate do I need? I don't want to push the fish (2 clowns and 4 snails for right now) or the sand around. I do plan to get corals down the road, but not sure what type.

Here is a link to what my tank looks like, so you can imagine it for yourself. www.mikedelo.com/mytank.jpg. Please do not mind the light. I am in the middle of ordering the correct sized light. I switched from a 30 gallon SW to a 55 gallon sized tank.

Thanks!

Michael

well thats nice if you really want to foot the bill for it.
Most of the price of that is for the included controller.
Personally, in that tank, I'd just go with a pair of Hydor Koralia 2's or 3's

Lightbulb Powerhead Arrangements

Is there a way best suited to arrange Powerheads for a FOWLR Tank? Have a sump w filter under the tank that recieves water at the top of the tank and disperses it through "jets" at the top of the tank. Bought a Powerhead and hung it on the wall at the top of the tank recieving water inferiorly and ejecting it Perpendicular to the out put of the filter return. Purchased a third powerhead and not sure where to place it (Want more flow on the bottom without creating a Sand storm. Any suggestions? Are there standard ways to arrange Powerheads?
