Powerhead Arrangements

Is there a way best suited to arrange Powerheads for a FOWLR Tank? Have a sump w filter under the tank that recieves water at the top of the tank and disperses it through "jets" at the top of the tank. Bought a Powerhead and hung it on the wall at the top of the tank recieving water inferiorly and ejecting it Perpendicular to the out put of the filter return. Purchased a third powerhead and not sure where to place it (Want more flow on the bottom without creating a Sand storm. Any suggestions? Are there standard ways to arrange Powerheads?

one on either side of the tank facing towards eachother would work, generally speaking you want flow without sand storms, sucking air, and the least amount of dead spots.
