New 20g saltwater

Hello everyone. I am thinking of making a 20g saltwater fowlr aquarium by next summer. The things i have for the aquarium are

Heater, Sand, aqueon quietflow 125Gph, fluroescent lighting,. What else do i need and is the quietflow filter good enoiugh for a saltwater aquarium.

A powerhead in the tank to turnover all the water would be better, instead of just the water movement on the surface. You'll need a Refractometer to measure the salt. Live Rock for filtration, its better than any filter, 20lbs should do ya.

Do you know any powerhead's that are relatively cheap since im only using this for a 20g tank? And ok i will look into all those .
