Need recommendations choosing light fixture, sump pump, skimmer etc

I recently decided to start a saltwater tank as I have the money, time and tanks to set myself up with. I have been planning on this since the day I started fresh water two years ago and see this as the right time to act on it. I have researched enough but still would like suggestions as to what to do. My plan is a 29 gallon reef tank with a ten gallon sump. Although I am open to suggestions on my plans, I am hoping I can make it work with these tanks as I have been trying to sell them but just cant seem to get any interest. Anyway I need a new light fixture but just dont know exactly where to start. I was thinking a 4 light t5 fixture with individual reflectors. If this is good then can someone point me in the right direction as to waht product is good. Btw Im no a millionaire so a affordable price is best . If i were to run the ten gallon sump, any suggestions on a pump to make it happen and finally I may look to upgrade to a 55 or a 40 gallon bow front eventually so I am just wondering if I should buy a skimmer meant for larger tanks so in the long run I can switch to a larger one easy. I figure I shouldnt skimp in this area either and would like to get a great one. thanks for any and all suggestions

I will add I have been researching a few things myself

For skimmers I like the price, reviews of this one

For lights i think this one is great,

Lunar Aqualight T5 HO Fixture | T-5 | PetSolutions

I think it might be a bit much but still looks like a great product

Lunar Aqualight Compact Fluorescent Fixtures | Power Compact | PetSolutions

same here

I know leds arent the way to go in a planted tanka and doubt they will be for reefs but just want to hear the consensus on

Marineland Reef Capable LED Lighting System | LED | PetSolutions

finally i have some cheaper things
CoraLife High Output T5 Lamp Fixtures | Fixtures | PetSolutions

and

Nova Extreme X2 T5HO Fixtures | Fixtures | PetSolutions

There really is to many options here
