I am unsure what they mean by "Drip filter" ?

But I have in the past ran succesfully a 29g with a Refugium type filter, I simply took a AquaClear 110, and remodded it into a refugium with a light over it. But i did water changes weekly. With a added protein skimmer, you can cut back on amount of water changes needed to be done. IMO Protein SKimmer and HOB Refugium be the way to go :)

The drip filter will not be needed after you add live rock and sand. ("drip filter" aka "trickler filter" aka "wet dry")

hey thanks so much for the advice and i am going with the skimmer that pasfur recommended and i read up on it and it sounds perfect. Also, so i should change just a cpl gallons per week, see i am confused on that because what could it do to the liverock that it would hurt? I also have bristle worms and ive heard that water changes breaks them down alot and i know that bristle worms arent really a concern but i feel like have seen way too many. Need some advice.
