More flow?

Wanted to get new hydor koralias for my 38 gal 30",12",22" I have 2 number 2s right now but it need more I think. I have 40 lb LR 3" LS, Polys, RBTA and cinnamon clown, coral beauty, hammer coral, xenias, mushrooms. Could i just upgrade one to a 600gph or should I replace both or whould that be too much flow? I am seting up a 29 gal anyone know a good cheap protine skimmer? This is an old photo I dont have the bio wheel on the right and have somemore polys. Also the pump on my Aqua c protine skimmer seem to be geeting loud is their a better motor to replace it with its a maxi 1200.
