make a reef moonlight

i've been looking at moonlights for reef tanks and most of the are blue or white LEDs and i have about 15 blue LEDs and i was wondering if i could use them to make a moonlight or if they would be overkill. i have a 20L so it's pretty shallow. the LEDs are bright blue. for reference they're the same blue as the lights on the Wii and Wii remote. they're either 10K mcd or 13K, i can't remember. would these be ok for a reef tank in a 20L or would it just be overkill because of the brightness. they're really bright.

1 or 2 might be ok on a tank that size.

Take pride in what you do, for it is a reflection of who you are.
