Is this lighting fixture (satellite PC) sufficient?

I found this Current USA fixture on Craigslist for $59. It looks like a good fixture to me. It's a 30" 2x65 watt Satellite PC fixture. Here's the link:
What do you guys think of this fixture for a 20L tank? Only 12" deep, so I think this should be sufficient for softies, polyps, and plate corals, but I'm new to saltwater so I'm not sure. I'd love to get some oppinions before I spend the money.

Should be fine, just be warned that if the ballast goes out it is very difficult, atleast in my own experience, to find peices/parts for current products and often requires you to replace the light itself. just an fyi

Which would be best, that fixture or a 2x24 wat T5 HO fixture? On other forums they're sayiny the T5 would be best. What do you think?
