I have a 55g saltwater tank with fish and corals, My light system is
65w 1200 .DO you think this is good for my tank or a little to much.

I'd say that's not nearly as strong as it should be. I'm no expert on Saltwater, so correct me if I'm wrong, but usually the rule of thumb is around 5 watts per gallon. So you're looking at 240watts in total at least. What's the 1200 mean, 1200K? That's far too low. You want to look at around 6500K Metal Halides, or maybe some coralife 10,000k, along with actinic lighting for a nice set-up.
