Light Limitations

I am not completely new to saltwater aquariums as I have had a FOWLR for approximately 5 years. But having recently acquired aT5 for my 180 gal 60" long tank
  • (2) 48" T5 HO 54W 420/460 Lamps
  • (2) 48" T5 HO 54W 700+ Lamps
Where are my limitations with respect to anemones, sponges and corals?
