I have only ever heard CRM talk about the Euro reef skimmers, besides that I have never heard of them. I use a 220 skimmer now on a 120 reef and it does a nice job. But when I finish building my 65 gal sump plus 30 gal refug. and move to a permanent location I will be going with the ASM series. I dont know how the ER's are.
