What is so great about aquarium controllers? I heard that you don't have to run water tests because it does tests for you. :o But would spending $200+ on a controller have a good enough benefit to be at least worth the price?

Since the SC Aquarium won't let me have some (or buy) any water, I will have to mix my own salt again so this will keep it in check.

It runs lighting cycles and wave cycles, and even has a moon cycle. They will regulate the water automatically (extra feature) and even start a chiller/fan when needed.
