55G Protein Skimmer Suggestions?

I am shopping around for a protein skimmer for a new build I am working on. Upgrading my 28g nanocube to a 55g tentatively planned 20g sump. I currently have a Tunze nano skimmer in the nanocube and it seems to work fairly well, this being the first tank I don't have much baseline for comparison. I started looking at the larger Tunze skimmers at first, but it seems like the collection cup for the 9006 is small at least in the pictures. I've also looked at some of the aquamaxx skimmers and seem to hear good things about them too. So far I am leaning towards the Tunzu skimmer since it has a smaller footprint to allow more sump space to be used as a fuge. Does anyone have any experience with the tunze 9006 or have any suggestions for an in sump skimmer with a relatively small footprint that gets results?

For the smallest possible footprint, consider the Marineland Marineland Pro In Sump Protein Skimmer 100 Marineland Pro Skimmer. It has a 4'' footprint and is a good quality skimmer for that tank size. I've seen it in action over the last year on a 54 gallon reef tank at a local LFS and I've been impressed with its performance.
