3/32" Baffles Okay?

Hello Everyone,

I'm finally starting my 10 gal aquarium conversion sump project. I had glass baffled cut last night from Lowes. After attaching them, I noticed they are 3/32" (single ply) thick. Will this be thick enough for a sump? I siliconed the heck out of the baffles.

I plan to test the system tomorrow after everything finishes drying. What happens if the baffle fails?

Thanks,

Mat
