Hi there. Since I have no experience in fish pregnancy whatsoever, I had a few questions since I have been told that my fish is pregnant! I was pretty surprised yet excited to hear this. But when I came across a few different topics, I found out that some fish eat the eggs, do Betta Fish do that? And if my fish does indeed lay the eggs, do they need to be fertilized? What is this whole process anyway? I really don't understand. Does the female just lay the "home" for the babies and the male has to go and put the actual baby in there?
Sorry for asking such stupid questions.
Just want to know what to expect so I don't accidentally do something wrong.
Thank you for all your support. I really couldn't do this without this place.
