Cherry Barb swimming funny

One of my Cherry barbs has been swimming funny for the last few weeks. He floats around and when he moves, his whole body moves in spastic manner...like he is struggling just to stay afloat

However, when it is feeding time, he is right in there eating and he swims very fast, and he also swims around with the other barbs chasing them around

While the other fish swm effortlessly, he sems like he is always struggling. I cannot figure out what this is. All the water parameters are good. The tank is mature. All the other fish are doing great

He is not bloated and does not have any symptoms of any illness that I can see

If anyone has any ideas would love to hear them

Is it swimming head up? as in diagonally. I had this same problem with 1 which unfortunately passed, had no clear symptoms same as yours and all the perameters were fine. Thankfully the rest of the cherry barbs are perectly fine! I know it doesnt help much but i think it helps knowing it is not an isolated case

it swims normally...like the other barbs...with its head lower than the back of its body...but all my barbs are like that

I don't know...I am really worried if it has some disease, scared it may spread

but other than the spastic swimming it looks fine
