New Parameters- ready for fish?

I have been cycling my tank for about a little less than a month now and my water is finally done I think. I am going to be stocking it with guppies.
I have been testing the water once a week and
Here are my old parameters(showing the progression)

Tested after two weeks
PH-6.4
Amonia-8.0ppm
Nitrite-0.25ppm

Tested after 3 weeks:
Amonia-0ppm
Nitrite-5.0ppm

HERE ARE MY NEW PARAMETERS:
PH- 6.6
Amonia- 0ppm
Nitrite- 0.25ppm
Nitrate- 10ppm

Do you think my water is ready to add fish?

Give it a few more days until the nitrites should be zero.
