If I had a ten gallon tank with 5-6 pristella tetras as starter fish and was wondering what would be good tankmates? I was thinking possible tankmates might include a combo of...

1 bristlenose pleco
1 dwarf gourami
1 honey gourami
5 kuhli loaches
2-3 guppies
1 betta
1 kribensis
any # of celestial pearl danios
1 panda garra
4-6 white cloud mountain minnows
6 threadfin rainbowfish
1 apple snail
2-3 bamboo shrimp
2-3 african dwarf frogs

If the tank is not cycled, I would only start with 1 or 2 pristella tetras to begin with. Then you can slowly add more once the tank is cycled.

5-6 pristella tetras are going fill the tank to about 75% capacity. A lot of the fish you listed, I would not try in a 10 gallon.

The 2-3 guppies would work if they are all males. If you mix males and females, you will have 100 in no time. An apple snail would work.

5 kuhli loaches - maybe, I would still encourage a 20g for these guys as they are very playful.
2-3 guppies - possibly. They do require different water parameters from pristella, If your PH is in the low 7's it could work though. Get all male guppies though.
1 betta - wouldn't recommend it. Betta's are better by themselves usually. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
1 kribensis - honestly not certain off the top of my head.
any # of celestial pearl danios - doable from what I recall
1 panda garra - .. I'm drawing a blank right now.. now I gotta go research them again lol.
4-6 white cloud mountain minnows - I think pristella's require warmer water then what these guys can tolerate long term.
6 threadfin rainbowfish - rainbowfish are quite active and prefer larger groups. 10g is too small to home these guys properly.
1 apple snail - these guys can grow larger then most people realize. In addition if you have a PH below 7 it will erode the shell. Possible I suppose though.
2-3 bamboo shrimp - no idea honestly
2-3 african dwarf frogs - I would probably get more then 3, 5 I'm thinking. You will likely have to spot feed them some high protein foods like bloodworms or whatnot at least once a week in addition to making sure they are getting other food throughout the week.

I'm with spkehl, some of the listed fish are not compatible period, and some would be but in more space. Knowing your water parameters would help narrow this down.
