guppies and tetras in 30g
I have a well planted 30g cycled fish tank with 2 air filtration systems and a 500L external canister filter. I was wondering if my take could take 25 guppies and 30 neon tetras.
Short answer: No
Long Answer: Read the profiles on Guppy and Neon Tetra, particularly the section on water parameters. These do not live in the same type of water. The ones you can have will depend on your source water.
I would also say that is too many fish, no mater how many filters you have.

Geo is correct, giving us the parameters--the GH (general hardness) and pH of your tap water--will help us narrow things down as to which way (guppies or tetras) would be best.
You don't want to over-filter a planted tank; the plants are nature's filters, let them do the job, they will do it better anyway. Gentle water circulation from the filter is all you want with either fish mentioned.
