Gonna need those water parameters. Including, Calcium, PH, ALK and Phosphate readings. Are you using RO/DI water. Do you have any hermits in the tank? Whats your fish list?

Couple of thing stick out. That is a mess of fish for a 132g tank.
Magnesium lil low
You have 2 Angel fish in there that are not Reef safe
You have a Eel in there that may or may not run over those polyps from time to time and tick them off
You have from what I can tell, a Debelius' Reef Lobster, that may or may not pick at corals, depending on if he's hungry.
I believe that you may have posted your temperature reading wrong, because if your tank is 76c, that means for eveyone reading that your tank temp in Fahrenheit is 168 degrees. And thats just not right. And if your tank is 76f then your temp is alittle low.
What type of T-5 are you using? 2 lamp? 4 lamp?
How much flow do you have in the tank? I see 2 power heads, but no gph behind them?

Logansbloodyclaw 04-03-2012 04:40 PM

regal tang is 2 inch
1 angel fish fire ball
1 angler fish juvie.
eel only a juvie.

temp 27.5 c

as for the lobster, where the coral is half the lf would fall over if he walked over it,
done on a over hang, so would topple.

fire ball been in for age's and never a problem.

power heads 2000 gph

sps/lps and over soft corals fine.
