Community- Frayed fins

I have:
Loaches
Snails
Cherry Barbs
Golden Barbs
Platy
Cories
Pearl Gourami

The Cherry barbs have frayed fins, and 2 of my gouramis have frayed fins.

Sometimes I see the Golden Barbs being a bit mean, but lately, everyones been fine.

Only 2 of my fish have frayed fins though..
Any help?

better be careful these can be the first signs of those fish getting a secondary infection. how many per species do you have in there?
