Clown Loach Ick

My 2 baby clown loaches have apparently contracted ick. What is the best way to treat this? Right now I want to move them over to a 10G quarantine tank and bump the temp to around 84F but I'm usure if this is safe for the clowns.

They are baby loaches and are only about 1.5" right now. I have read that using aquarium salt is a bad idea and so is using medication. I have a bottle of CopperSafe Ick treatment but I am unsure if this is safe for the clown's or not.

Does anyone know the best method for treating loaches?

After advice from termato , I have moved my 2 loaches to my 10G hospital tank. The temp has been bumped to 84F to help kill off the ick.

My treatment method is:

Higher temp (84F)
Daily 20% PWC
Daily Gravel cleaning
Blue (dim) incandescent lights to reduce stress

Hopefully I'll see some improvement in my clowns to avoid death. I'll keep this thread updated if anything changes.
