kelp flakes ok?

So i bought some Omega One Super veggie flakes the other day and
im wondering if its ok to feed my freshwater fish as well? I assume that it is but
seems to be formulated more for saltwater fish. Any previous experience out there? :-D

Ive used this product for my livebearers along with regular fish flakes for over a month now and they seem better than ever
