adding a betta.

This is Shusi - the betta. I added him to the main 55 gallon tank with gouramis and barbs and pleco and danios.... :blueyay: All is well. Sushi is a great hard ass to add to the tank. Everyone gives him a 3" to 5" space when swimming. Hehehehe... :Dhttp://fishforum.com/userpix/4033_DSCN1664_2.jpg

Wow, I never thought as a beta as a fish I could add to a community.

It can be done but carefully.

Nice betta, Jay.:)

Well, I thought the same as you. Then I did research and looked at compatability charts ( hah!) Sushi has not killed one of them in a week and Sushi is doing well except the fact that he is short on manners. It is no wonder why a betta does not live as long as other fish. I mean it seems a betta would stroke out being so uptight.
