getting rid of snails the easy way ??? :(
 

Is there a way to get rid of pest snaps in my tank with out having to tear the tank apart or add any medications ?? :):):)

Sell them or give them away. I always see people selling "Pest Snails" on craigslist.

I pick a jar full of them out of my tank every waterchange day and take them to my LFS.
They hand them out on request and are quite happy to take them.
Not sure I'm making any headway against the population though

The Yoyo Loach will also happily snack on them.

depends on what size tank/tanks mates you have for them

if its a tank with no big preditory fish then angelicus or zebra loaches would be good an entertaining to watch.

Well you could add lettuce to the tank over night. The next morning snails should be all over it. Same thing with cucumber or zucchini. Then you can easily pull the piece out snails and all. Some fish will eat them but before adding them please make sure the fish is compatible with your tank as a whole.
