Strange, New Growth on Angelfish

I noticed just today, while changing my substrate and water, my largest Angelfish has a new growth on its fins. I did not notice these two nodes over the weekend. My angelfish does not seem adversely effected by them.

Have any of you seem this kind of growth before?

parasitesor growth..intrepet can fix the parasites but if it's a growth some just let it grow it self out.
