Jack Dempsey Fish Tilted

My jack dempsey fish is tilted, hes fairly new, i had him for about three weeks. i have two other fish in the tank a baby id shark probably 1 1/4 inches, and a silver tipped shark about 3 inches long. Idk what caused the fish to swim sideways, i did a 50% water change. I have fed the fish extra because the id shark is new and cant find food to easily simply because the tank is to big andthe jd eats all the food before the other fish can eat at all help! idk wht to do! is the jack dempsey constipated? how can i get the other fish to eat?! i am gonna put the dempsey in seperate tanks from the catfish when they all get over 4 inches
