How do I tell the male from female?

That would depend on the species of cichlid of which you refer. Some display color variations or vibrance, some have different patterns, Some display different behaviors, and some are undiscernible until they mature.

Here are the ones I want. Acei,Zebra,Auratus,Bumblebee, and Kenyi african.

Off hand I'm not sure about the Acei. Male Zebras are said to have more egg spots then the females, but unless from te same brood, or same mated pair, it's really not a reliable method of sexing. Male Kenyi turn from blue to yellow when they mature. Male Auratus turn from yellow to blue when they mature (not to mention they get quite nasty). Not sure how easily sexed the Bumblebees are.
