Platys pregnant or over fed

So I have 6 adult red wag platys 4 females and 2 males and I think that most of the females are pregnant i think there is only 1 that is not pregnant (or they are all just over. Fed but I feed them. To half size meals a day one in the morning and one lay at. Nigh but this is half what I fed then before). And I don't know how to how pregnant they. Are

Two of them have very down ward swollen bellys that are light and white on the bottom(the one like to stay away from other fish and on th bottem ) and the other one. Is just big bellied not really white. And the last platy have. 5 fry a week a go. So
Im wondering how to tell if they are pregnant not just fat and how far along they are is the white belly. A sign of being far along and lastly none of them have the gravid spot but. I don't know. How. To tell since they are still younger platys

Please help since I have no idea and I don't want to lose. Fry like I did last time

I just find it so hard to tell th first time since I have not had them all that long as I will be keeping a gestation log for each as they give birth and become re impregnabted but I Feed them a very small pinch in the morning of flakes and. Then blood worms 1 every 3 days

I will put up pictures latter as I can post them from my phone

I feed mine once a day...enough that they clean it up in under 5 minutes and my Platy looks like the one posted on that picture as over fed....actually both of them do.

My pregnant molly looks squared off...

The last time my platys looked like that they gave birth though....I will take some pictures because after seeing that post I am worried I am over feeding ( I though I was under feeding)
