Scrape on my corys nose

I noticed one of my cories has a white spot on his nose. It looks like he may have scraped it. It is white and I noticed this morning there is a little red dot. Could this be a bacterial infection? He is active and eating fine. Water levels are good 0 ammonia 0 nitrite 5 nitrates. I have Melafix and Pimafix. Which one should I use? Or should I use both? Below is a picture. Hopefully it's not too blurry. The little guy wouldn't stay still!

Add both. They are both excellent products. I have used them for a good while now on similar situations. Be sure to follow the directions on the bottle. Good luck.

Thanks for the response, herefishy. I will try both.

The spot/scrape on his nose now looks like a bubble or blister. If it's a bacterial infection I was afraid it might infect the other fish. So I dragged out my daughters old 5 gallon tank that was in the garage and set it up as a hospital tank. Poor thing looks so lonely in there!
