Yes, both are gravid but not near to dropping their fry yet although I'd say the one on the last pic is. Don't use any breeding traps just for future reference. These are not necessary and can cause stress on the fish. |
Thanks for the quick reply! All four of these girls all have pretty round bellies and your right the last one does have a much bigger belly. |
To me, the one on the lower left of the 4th pic and the one on the last pic look kinda bloated. Like lup said if the grow a dark area, a gravid spot, in their belly- specifically behind the yellow area- they should be pregnant. Do you have a male with them? |
No I don't have a male I just got the four of them today. |
These females will drop several batches of fry without a male with them, no doubt. |

Here are some newer pictures of them. I have 3 left now but one is hanging around at the bottom and isn't doing to well.
