Fish to stock a 125 gal

Im onthe fence. I'm looking at BGK or Oscars. There are downsides to both though, they limit what else you can put in with them.

What fish can I stock with either?I'm fascinated by the size of oscars and their simplicity, but nice look. The BGK is just interesting in general. I hve no idea what way I want to go. What are yalls thoughts?

My two favorite fish. Nice picks.

Black Ghost Knife tank mates:

Stay away from bottom dwellers and fish that can fit into its mouth.
Angelfish & a Pleco are the most ideal tankmates.

Oscar tank mates:

Aother Oscar *(Work best if they have been together since they've been little. Sometimes this goes wrong)
3 large cichlids (12 inches), 5-6 medium cichlids(6-8), or between 10-15 small cichlids (3-5)
Pleco
Silver Dollars

I think I may just wait till my tank is all set up and cycled. Then Ican judge the water peramters, lighting, and plants to see where I may want to go fish wise.

Good idea.

Keep in mind, these fish have been known to uproot plants.
Oscars have been known to even redecorate the whole tank.
