Does anyone know any thermometers that are super durable. I don't want a strip and digital are expensive and I have one by lifeguard that went haywire. I want a durable glass/plastic. My delima is my giganic goldfish have broke mine and once I broke one. I want one that doesn't break easily, one that will not break unless I get a hammer!

Instead of getting one that sticks to the glass via a suction cup, get one that doesn't float. These will stand upright on the bottom and your goldfish shouldn't be able to slam it against the glass and break it.

they did break one like that and I had lots of little bb's all over my aquarium.

You could always get an inexpensive one and stick it in the filter, if you have a HOB one.

yea that's a good Idea putting it in a hob filter. but I have a canister! man

what about the little black strip ones that are on the outside?

Hmm, Coralife Digital Thermometers are $9.99. You'll probably find them in the saltwater section of your LFS.
