I shop Dr's Foster and Smith and PetSolutions.com. Livestock comes from various contacts, Jack Wattley's Discus, and other sites dedicated to specific families of fish.

I'm fond of Greenline for plants, though I've only used them once.

A couple of sites I have used to order fish and plants before in the UK are

Trimar (for fish) and Greenline (for live plants).

I was very impressed by the quality and service provided by both.
