Live Rock

I'm getting everything together to set up a cichlid tank and while I'm looking into rocks and caves, I keep coming across live rock. Any ideas on buying live rock and putting it in there? Should I just stick with the fake stuff? Check this stuff out and let me know what you think also..

SOrry to say, that's not live rock. Live rock is a salt water thing. That kind of rock is alright for a more open playful swimming of cichlids. But get actual caves for their breeding/sleeping/territorial area.

I have clay pots broken to give them homes and piles of other rock for them to swim around.

A word of advice: Don't get the convict cichlids, they are smaller, but very aggressive especially during breeding and raising fry.
