my tank is a 55 gallon but during the day when I'm not home i usually take my old light and set it right in front of my tank near everything just to make sure that they get enough light those lights are the crappy light that come with a tank set up but is my main light big enough to where i don't have to use the other lights
NO. That lighting system is for a freshwater aquarium and not saltwater. You need either the reef led set up or go with a t-5 lighting system. That is the problem that you are having with your anenome, not enough light.
Along with your Lighting not being enough, your water paramters are not going to help your Anemone either.
