young guppy pregnate?
i purchased a few baby guppies three males and one female.. the males are about 1.5 cm and the female is about 1 cm big now. all the other guppies have now grown colors except the female but i noticed a dark gravid spot. is it possible for guppies that young to get pregnate?
actually a correction the female is about1.5 cm and the 3 males are about 2 cm

sigh.. it was hard getting a picture and my batteries on my camera died : | i was also transferingher to a small tank to take the picture and se jumped out of the net :|
wellthe dark spot is right above the bottom fin and its pretty dark thats all i can say.

Still seems a bit small to be pregnant but keep an eye on her.
Do you have any other guppies in the tank? What is the male ot female ratio including any other guppies? 3 males and 1 female only will lead to harassment, possibly to death, of the female when they become sexually mature. Best to have 2-3 females for every male. Then you need to decide what to do with the fry...
On a side note, if these fish are all from the same batch of fry I wouldn't allow them to breed as this will only lead to inbred fry which are often deformed and have bad genes. Seperate them if you can so the female doesn't get harassed and so you don't end up with bad quality fry down the line.
