Poor angelfish without tail

Well, I have bought a tlittle albino scalare and then I noticed that its half tail is missing (the half finny part and from its root). Now it is hardly swimming! What can I do to help it live? Will the tail regrow? :'(

There isn't anything that you can do unfortunately, and the fin may grow back in time. But it may not as well it just depends, on how much it grows.

Keep the water extremely clean with small partial water changes and treat with MELAFIX.

Keeping the water extremely clean will help the tail regrow.
