Do tetra eat live flightless fruit flies?
Do tetra eat live bloodworm?
Do tetra eat live earthworm?
Do tetra eat live cricket?

Yes, provided the food is small enough for the individual fish to handle. Earthworms would have to be chopped or grated in most cases. Most tetra would not manage crickets, though they might nip at them trying to.

Is it safe and suitable to give small crickets to tetra?

If the crickets are not small enough for the individual fish to swallow, I wouldn't bother. They might choke. Fish in the wild tend to have more sense.

I'd stick with the bloodworms and fruit flies.

Ditto. They're carnivorous in.nature and may as well eat the fry of livebearers if you have guppies, platies, etc with them.
