I got told one fish to a gallon i have 25 gallon tank with 20 small fish in am i wrong then cheers

1 inch per gallon is am 'old wives tale'.

Assuming a 27 gallon (I'm horrible at changing litres to gallons), and an average filter, then your tank is fully stucked.

Keep up the water changes and you'll be fine.

cheers i was thinking about it all day as i wanted to do it right

If you haven't stocked the tank yet, there are some concerns regarding the Ph preferences of the fish... Livebearers prefer alkaline, and tetras prefer acidic.

mate i fecking hate the pet shops and all the different answers that are out there when it come's to fish.
I got told these fish work well togerther i don't just want a tank full off fish but one that does not harm them like we all do.
What do i do now if you could help me it would be great
