If your molly is swimming then its pregnant ! I can see your male dalmation molly in the background so as long as you have males in the tank your molly will be constantly pregnant, giving you a new batch of fry every month. If you want the fry then plant the tank heavely or divide a section of the tank off for the females to give birth in. If you dont want the fry then let her get on with it and the rest will eat away.

There is also a Male Black Mollie as well as the Dalmation ones in the tank, should I remove her and put in separate tank if I want to keep them ? If so How long should I keep her in there, before returning to the main tank ?

I cant really tell by the picture if she is due to drop yet. But if you have only just noticed her "bump" then i would say you still have at least a week left. Best thing to do is leave her in the tank but get some plants (real or fake) so when she has them they will be able to hide and avoid being eaten. I use those nylon net balls that we shower with ($1 at walmart) and un tie it, then just place on one side of the tank. The females always drop there babies among it and then the babies almost all survive.

She has a bit of a bump for a while now, and when looking closely it seems she is going a bit flat at the bottom too, I have just put her in a breeding trap and see what happens over next couple of days, will keep you posted. At least she might get a bit of peace in there too from the other fish in the main tank.
