Oldest Guppy died?

I noticed the last 2 days that my oldest Guppy has been looking skinny and not his old self by always hanging at the front of the tank, but staying at the back not really moving much? And woke up today and he died, all the other fish in the tank to very healthy though? My tank has been running for about 3 months now and just finished cycling and he went through the times when the NitrItes were at there highest(3.3 ppm). Could that have just been to much for him, and just took it's toll on him? The only other fish that are in my tank now that went through the cycling proccess are 3 Glow light tetras. This bugs me, my wife even named the little guy.:-(
25 gallon
ammonia 0
Nitrites 0
Nitrates ?(no test kit)
pH 7.5
3 mollys
2 sword tails
2 Guppys
2 glow light tetras

when you say "skiny" do you mean like unnaturaly skiny or just skinneyer than usual? also have you seen this problem occuring in any of the other fish in the tank?

I mean unnaturaly skiny, and all the other fish in the tank look fine.

If he was super skinny he probably had parasites.

If it was a parasite it would be affecting the other fish in the tank. Did you notice any dark or discolored spots on the fish that died?
