New tank set up 6 weeks well planted and bogwood put four female guppys in tank 4 days ago they seem very lively done all the test before putting fish in. My tank is 30 gallons corner tank how many livebearers should i put in tank over a few months thinking of putting two fish in every couple of weeks do not wont to over stock any advice on this please.
Not really sure what to say but I suggest you keep a 1:2 ratio. Two females to each male.
LOL! It wont take long before these guppies overpopulate your tank. A well.planted tank + guppies = population boom I can stil remember my planted tanks so crowded with guppies since the fry were adept at hiding and able to grow enough to escape cannibalism.
