It would but it is not something that is easy to do and I am pretty sure you will need a tank bigger than 10-20 gallons. Think something in the 55 gallon range. It really just is not worth it. A lot of money wasted for little sustenance. You will spend more time taking care of the feeders than the oscar itself. Buy a quality pellet food and supplement with krill, mysis shrimp, or other insects. If you absolutely MUST feed feeders quarantine them for 2-4weeks to make sure they are clean,.
